Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. An unboxing video free of edits, filters, and cuts must be presented upon request. Videos must begin before the shipment being opened and must have a clear view (no obstructions) of the items and packing slip showing the order number and items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns after the 14-day grace period are subject to approval of store credit. Store credit will be issued as a gift card or a special one-time-use coupon code. You are allowed to use the gift card or coupon until the expiry date. Expiry dates are subject to confirmation, minimum 1-year expiry from the date it was issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Once shipment is confirmed and in possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damages. We strive to provide the greatest, if not the best, protection and care when packaging items for transit, regardless of distance. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are FINAL SALE, regardless of condition or non-use of the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The items must be in original packaging and must contain a receipt, or proof of purchase. Exchanges are valid after we receive the original item. Customer has the option of a store credit or one-time use discount code.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
