Shipping policy

We currently offer shipping in the United States, Canada, and other international countries. 

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country and/or selected shipping courier.

Shipping prices are generated automatically based on size, weight, and destination. These fluctuate regularly, and we do not control this. For more information, contact your local post office or choice of carrier.

*Any additional charges for customs clearance are the intended customer's and/or receiver's responsibility. 

*Customs clearance may cause delays beyond delivery estimates, we are not in control of any shipping delays or redeliveries once the item has been shipped out. We are not responsible for damaged or lost goods during transit. Should this occur, please contact your local postal office.

Damages and issues
Once shipment is confirmed and in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damages. We strive to provide the greatest, if not the best, protection and care when packaging items for transit, regardless of distance. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An unboxing video free of edits, filters, and cuts must be presented upon request. Videos must begin before the shipment is opened and must have a clear view (no obstructions) of the items and packing slip showing the order number and items.

 

We thoroughly inspect each item that we receive, if we see that it is "damaged" we will use such items for our product unboxings, giveaways, or clearance and discounted sales. We do not ship out damaged goods, at full price nor without notating damage unless used for the above. 

Should we have limited stock on a product and consumers wish for said product, but it is damaged, we will offer it at a discounted price. These items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.
